    Welcome to Cobra Helix. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of cobrahelix.com, including the arcade games, leaderboards, competitions, account features, reward claim features, wallet-related features, updates, shop pages, and any other services or content made available through the site.

    By using Cobra Helix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

    Use of Cobra Helix

    Cobra Helix is an online arcade and gaming site. You may browse games, play supported games, create or use an account, appear on leaderboards, join eligible competitions, and use available reward claim features when those features are active and available.

    You are responsible for your own device, browser, internet connection, account credentials, wallet address, and compliance with any laws or rules that apply to you. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use Cobra Helix for unlawful activity.

    Accounts and Wallets

    Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

    If you add a millix wallet address or other payout information, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and belongs to you. Cobra Helix does not ask for, need, or accept private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or wallet passwords. Never share those with anyone.

    Cobra Helix is not responsible for losses, failed payments, missed rewards, delayed rewards, wrong-address payments, wallet access issues, or other problems caused by incorrect wallet information, third-party wallets, third-party networks, exchanges, browser extensions, user error, or services outside Cobra Helix control.

    Games, Scores, Claims, and Rewards

    Games, scores, leaderboards, claim prompts, competition results, and reward-related features are provided for entertainment and participation. They may be changed, paused, limited, reset, reviewed, corrected, or removed at any time.

    No score, game result, claim prompt, account display, pending balance, leaderboard position, competition listing, or site message is a guarantee that you will receive a reward. Rewards, if offered, are subject to eligibility rules, anti-abuse review, technical availability, caps, verification, and the current rules for the specific game, competition, or feature.

    Cobra Helix may refuse, reverse, cancel, delay, or adjust claims, scores, rewards, account totals, leaderboard entries, or competition results if there is suspected cheating, automation, exploitation, duplicate claiming, multiple-account abuse, inaccurate data, technical error, payment failure, security concern, or other conduct that harms the site or other players.

    Millix or any other reward has no guaranteed value, availability, exchangeability, or future support. Nothing on Cobra Helix is financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

    Competitions and Events

    Competitions, broadcasts, scheduled events, prize events, and live arcade features may have additional rules, dates, score requirements, eligibility limits, and prize conditions. Those rules may change as needed to protect fairness, correct errors, or respond to technical problems.

    Cobra Helix does not guarantee that an event will run without interruption, that every score will be captured, or that any prize or reward will remain available if there is abuse, error, outage, or another issue outside reasonable control.

    Shop and Third-Party Services

    Shop, cart, checkout, payment, wallet, captcha, analytics, hosting, broadcast, embedded content, and external-link features may rely on third-party services. Third-party services are controlled by their own operators and may have their own terms, fees, privacy practices, outages, limits, or risks.

    Cobra Helix is not responsible for third-party services, external websites, external wallets, payment processors, network fees, token value changes, unavailable integrations, failed third-party transactions, or any loss caused by a third party.

    Prohibited Conduct

    You may not cheat, bot, script, automate claims, exploit bugs, tamper with scores, manipulate leaderboards, attack the site, overload the site, bypass security, create accounts to abuse rewards, submit false information, impersonate others, or use Cobra Helix in a way that harms the site, other players, or reward systems.

    Cobra Helix may suspend or terminate access, remove scores, block claims, delete or restrict accounts, and take any other reasonable action when prohibited conduct is suspected.

    User Content

    If you submit a username, profile information, score, comment, message, image, or other content, you are responsible for it. You grant Cobra Helix permission to display, store, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate the site, show leaderboards, run games, provide account features, and protect the service.

    You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious, or otherwise harmful.

    As Is and As Available

    Cobra Helix, including all games, pages, scores, leaderboards, accounts, claims, rewards, wallet-related features, shop features, broadcasts, downloads, scripts, and content, is provided as is and as available.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobra Helix makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, compatible with every device, free of bugs, free of harmful components, or available at any particular time.

    You use Cobra Helix at your own risk.

    No Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobra Helix and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and service providers do not accept liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense arising from or related to your use of the site or inability to use the site.

    This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost rewards; lost scores; lost leaderboard positions; lost account data; wallet errors; wrong-address payments; device problems; browser problems; outages; security incidents; third-party service failures; competition changes; shop issues; or any other harm, even if Cobra Helix has been advised that such harm may occur.

    Where the law does not allow some exclusions or limitations, those exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

    Indemnity

    You agree to defend and hold Cobra Helix harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, your content, your account activity, your wallet information, or your misuse of games, claims, rewards, competitions, or third-party services.

    Changes and Availability

    Cobra Helix may update these Terms, change the site, change game rules, change reward rules, add or remove features, pause claims, limit access, or stop offering any part of the site at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
